Michael sadly passed away in hospital on Wednesday, 29th April, aged 79 years.
Together again with his loving wife Shirley.
Loving dad to Marie & Neil, dear grandad to all his grandchildren.
He will always be in our hearts and thoughts.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Tuesday, 12th May at 1 p.m.
Flowers are welcome by 9 a.m. please or donations, if desired, for British Heart Foundation may be made as you leave the service or online.
