Mum (Joan) passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday the 29th of May 2025 aged 83 years.
Joan was an active member of the community and church throughout her life, supporting Guides, Scouts, St John's Ambulance, British Sign Language, Young at Heart and many more. Joan lived a full life and will be missed greatly by her family and all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday 26th June 2025 in the Waterside Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 2:15pm.
Following the service, everyone is warmly invited to join the family for refreshments at Hanham Methodist Church, 26 Chapel road, BS15 8SD
Joan would want everyone attending her funeral to be comfortable so please "Come as you are".
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Joan for the RNLI may be given online (via this page) or at the service on the day. Thank you.
