Kay sadly passed away at home on 29th July, aged 79.
She will be loved and remembered always by her loving family and greatly missed by all who knew her.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 26th August, 16:00p.m. at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Woodland Chapel.
Following the service you are warmly invited to join the family for light refreshments and to share personal memories of Kay in the Hospitality Suite at Westerleigh Crematorium.
Donations in memory of Kay can be made on the day to the family's chosen charity - The Lewy Body Society - or alternatively you can donate via the link below.
