Susanna sadly passed at Priscilla Bacon Lodge on 29th September, aged 61 years.
Much loved mother to Oscar, Hugh and Eleanor, she will be so dearly missed.
The funeral service will be held at St Faiths Crematorium on Wednesday 16th October at 3:30pm.
