Elsie Lillian Underhill passed away peacefully at Jackmans Lodge Residential Care Home in Woking on the 29th November 2024, aged 92 years. Family were by her side, holding hands as she drifted away.
Elsie will be missed by all her family and many friends. Having had a varied life, Elsie was the youngest daughter of William and Libby Long, with another older sister Doris. Firstly living through WW2, then becoming a queen's seamstress and marrying her chidhood sweet heart Victor Underhill. Going on to bring up their 3 chidren David, Martin and Barbara. Keeping us all well and comfy in lovely family homes.
They shared several hobbies, including gardening, DIY and sailing.
Elsie and Victor's children went on to provide them 8 grandchildren, Simon, Sam, Daniel, Thomas, Adam, Nicholas, Claire and Paul.
Then onto another generation of Great Grand children, of whom she was very proud..
