Phil passed away at St Peter's Hospice on 30th May 2025 aged 61 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 8th July 2025 in the Waterside Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 11:15am.
Family flowers only please. St Peter's Hospice took incredible care of Phil in his final few days, even enabling him to pass away in the outdoors, we will be forever grateful. We wish for Phil's funeral to be a celebration of his life and as such would request those attending the service to not wear black but please wear what Phil would have expected to see you in.
