In Loving Memory of Michael John Derrick.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved Michael Derrick, who departed this life on the 30th July 2025, at the age of 60. Michael was a cherished Husband, Father, Grandfather, Son, Brother, and Uncle, whose presence brought warmth and love to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His absence will be profoundly felt by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
A service to celebrate Michael’s life will be held on
Tuesday, 19th August 2025 at 2:00 PM
at Gelligaer Church, followed by interment at Gelligaer Cemetery, and a gathering at The Beech Grove.
In honour of Michael’s memory, we kindly invite attendees to wear something yellow, a colour that brought him joy.
Family flowers only, please. Should you wish to offer a gesture of support, a donation box will be available on the day, with all contributions going towards Cardiomyopathy UK Research, a cause that is deeply meaningful to our family.
