After a long battle with Dementia my mum, Lilian, is now finally at peace.
She passed away in the Hyperion Care Home in Fairford, age 91.
We remember her how she was before the Dementia took her from us. A funny, caring, lady who loved her family.
" Let the memory live again"
The funeral will be a celebration of her life so we are not asking people to wear black but the choice is yours.
