Reviews of our services
The funeral arrangements were well thought out and guidance was given as to what might be included, so that at no time were we at a loss as to what we should do or what may be required of us.
Dawn handled all our decision making without any pressure being placed on us, and expertly and efficiently dealt with everything.
Her recommendation for our Celebrant Abby was perfect and Abby was equally caring both in preparation and in conducting the service.
The funeral itself was conducted with dignity and care. David and the bearers were very smartly attired, the hearse gleaming and David was thoughtful throughout.
We particularly thought the coffin, a woven wicker casket, beautifully made and the flowers exactly as requested.
Overall, a thoughtful, caring and very professional team.
As a result we were able to give my grandmother of 93 years of age the send off she deserved, even during the pandemic. Having the option of watching the service in real-time online meant my family members overseas and in the UK that were unable to attend could also be part of her send off. Thank you very much from us all X
Many many thanks
