Reviews for Frederick W Paine Funeral Directors in Morden
We would not hesitate to recommend you to others.
We found Frederick W Paine via the Dignity website after there was an advert in the local Leicester paper. Having used the local firm previously and not knowing any Funeral Directors in their area I used the website to make contact.
They also assisted in obtaining my cousin's ashes for interment alongside her parents and brother in the local village churchyard where she lived most of her life. I was able to thank the team personally when I called to collect the ashes last week.
Very pleased with the service provided.
Thank you to the team at Frederick W Paine in Morden.
Nick and Carol were kind and understanding in helping us plan the funeral service. The rest of the team on the day of the funeral were very helpful, respectful and made the day extra special and memorable for us on mums day Thank you everybody Phil Crossley
Until now I have felt that companies cannot replace small independents for personal service, but with Frederick W Paine you seem to get the best of both worlds, a very personal service backed up with things you would expect from a bigger organisation, like an out of hours line. I called the line once and the staff there are every bit as helpful and understanding as the staff in the office.
It is a very difficult and emotional time, and it is not easy to think straight about what you want the funeral to be, but the staff use their experience to guide you to put together a very personal funeral, involving you and offering suggestions every step of the way.
The Celebrant, Malcolm, that Frederick W Paine introduced to us was every bit as fantastic. He put together a heartfelt service that will stay with me for ever, it was a wonderful celebration of Dad’s life, I know how much he would have loved the whole service.
When people ask me how the funeral went, I don’t say as well as can be expected, I say the funeral was a beautiful goodbye to Dad.
So a massive thank you to everyone at Frederick W Paine, the out of hours team, the office staff, the driver, the bearers and Malcolm the wonderful Celebrant for helping us through such an awful time in such a supportive, professional and very personal way.
