With three different packages available, you can rest assured that we'll be able to arrange the funeral you have in mind for your loved one. Learn more about our Attended Funeral, Chapel Service and Unattended Funeral below.
View our Standardised Price List, Additional Options Price List and Crematoria Price List.
When you choose the Chapel Service, our expert Funeral Directors will help arrange a one-hour service in one of our chapels. We will then conduct an unattended cremation with the highest levels of care.
Our chapels offer a peaceful setting where family and friends can remember and celebrate the life of your loved one. Once the ceremony is over, the cremation will take place without family or friends present. The cremation will be carried out with dignity and respect, overseen by one of our professional attendants.
Our Unattended Funeral will best suit your needs if you want to arrange a simple and straightforward cremation without a service or ceremony, allowing you and your loved one's friends and family to commemorate them in your own way.
Our Attended Funeral includes care of your loved one, a Park Coffin, a service at the place of committal which can be personalised as required for your loved one, followed by a burial or cremation.
Choose from a variety of options, including headstones and urns to memorial plaques, vases, statues, jewellery and plenty more. With a Memorial, you can create a tribute that especially reflects the life, love and cherished memories of your loved one.

From 9 September 2024, there will no longer be a doctor's fee in England and Wales when arranging a funeral. This is because from this date, all deaths in England and Wales will be independently viewed, either by a relevant coroner or by a Medical Examiner and the cost will be met by the NHS.
A Medical Examiner is a specifically trained independent senior doctor who will scrutinise all deaths across a local area that do not fall under the coroner's jurisdiction. By providing a greater level of scrutiny over the cause of deaths; it is hoped that the introduction of Medical Examiners will make it less likely that unnatural causes of death will go unnoticed; that the number of deaths unnecessarily referred to the coroner will be reduced and that national data about causes of death will be captured with greater accuracy.
Medical Examiners, or Medical Examiner Officers, will also be available to meet with families, or their representatives, if they wish to discuss the cause of death.
Everything absolutely first class.
Standard in excess of 100 percent. Couldn’t have been better

We appreciate you leaving a review online for your experience with Denisons Funeral Service. I am pleased it all went well for you and the family and that our team looked after you so well.
Great Compassionate service with our thoughts taken into consideration every step off the way. Gave us time to think and decide what we wanted in such a difficult time. I know we don’t like the inevitable of losing a loved one but be sure Densions are an extremely professional company and in particular Chris was faultless in every way.
Thanks once again

My family were impressed with the sensitivity and kindness shown from all the staff at Denisons. They were professional, courteous and very happy to help with any of our queries or concerns. Sadly we have had to use them 3 times recently but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
