Rooted in your community
Every culture marks the end of a life differently, and every family does too. Your funeral director will start by listening – to the customs your community follows, and to what matters to your family.
They'll arrange the funeral around your needs, working closely with you, and your community leaders, societies or associations, where it helps.

Ready for ritual care
Many cultures have customs around how people come together, how the funeral is led, and how the person who has died is honoured. With over 500 branches and 45 of our own crematoria, we're able to provide:
- space for larger gatherings, so everyone can feel part of the ceremony
- flexible timings, including out-of-hours use of our facilities
- a procession arranged around your wishes, from a personalised route to the music to who carries the coffin
- support with repatriation, including the paperwork, if the person has died overseas
Let us know which customs are important to you. We will do everything we can to accommodate them.

On the day
A funeral can take many forms – from a service at your place of worship to rituals at the graveside. Your funeral director will take care of every detail on the day: transport, timings, and any requirements of your cemetery or crematorium. We take care of the details so your family can focus on saying goodbye.
