How to arrange a funeral

One conversation is all it takes to get things moving. As one of the UK's leading providers, we'll guide you through what needs to happen, taking care of as much or as little as you need.

  1. Contact us any time

Call us any time, day or night. We'll listen, answer your questions and start making the arrangements from there.

  2. We'll make the arrangements

Your local funeral director will talk things through in person or by phone – whichever feels easier. They'll plan the funeral around your wishes, keeping you updated throughout.

  3. The day of the funeral

Your funeral director will be there for you, taking care of every detail so you can focus on the day itself.

  4. After the day

Our support doesn't end there. We can guide you through the next steps – from dealing with probate to funeral plans, and finding bereavement support.

How much does a funeral cost?

The cost of a funeral depends on what you need. We'll help you understand everything, so you can plan without any surprises.

Our prices include all the essentials

The prices you see on each branch's Price List are the lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a Basic coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.

The final price depends on what you need

There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. You can find out additional costs by looking at Additional Options Price Lists on each branch's webpage.
