Over the years
A Seaward & Sons began at High Cross in the 1980s. It was not only the depot for the Seaward business but also for the 20 funeral homes in London owned by the Pottridge Brothers.
The Tottenham funeral home was moved further up High Road, just opposite the police station which is still stands there today.
The funeral home in New Southgate was once on the old High Street, with this location now being part of a Sikh Gurdwara.
