Reviews of Warriner & Sons in Loughton
The service proveided by Warriners was excellent. From the time of the initial contact and up to and including the present time the staff member that dealt with our family....a lady named Tracy...could not have been more helpful.
She gave us all the information required and covered points that we had not even considered.
She stayed in regular contact and made all the necessary arrangements, including service sheets and a web cast for those unable to attend due to Covid restrictions.
A very difficult time for the family made simpler and much less stressful thanks to the wonderful service provided by Warriners office staff and the funeral directors on the day, who also made contact with me prior to the funeral.
Once again a big thank you for a very impressive company and staff
When we subsequently visited the funeral parlour to make the arrangements we found all the staff sympathetic, efficient and helpful. We had the various options explained to us together with costs and time constraints. Once we had chosen the type of service, flowers and the style of the Order of Service, Warriner did all the organising. They also put us in contact with the celebrant.
On the day of the funeral the hearse and limo arrived as expected and the member of staff ushering the guests into the chapel was calming and dignified.
All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warriner.
