From the initial contact Ernest Cocks were respectful and dignified. They offered advice when it was needed and honoured our wishes admirably. The staff were always caring and helpful, there when we needed advice and always willing to accommodate us at short notice. On the day of the funeral they were respectful and dignified, always ready for their role but not intrusive. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We cannot thank Sarah enough for the way she handled our father’s funeral. From the very beginning, Sarah showed genuine empathy, care and understanding, with excellent communication throughout.
