You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.
Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.
If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.
Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.
Reviews of our services
We would also like to give particular thanks to Amanda, the funeral director on the day, and also Laura who helped organise the funeral.
It’s an unfortunate fact that we will all have to use the services of an undertaker at some by point in our lives. To that effect, I would highly recommend the services of Walter G Wortt’s.
Laura in the addlestone branch is very helpful and caring everyone that i spoke to was also very helpful they are very respectful of your wishes and your love ones you have lost.
Thank goodness for Wortts and especially Laura and Amanda. They 'held my hand' during the whole process, patiently explaining what we could and couldn't have.
From the minute I stepped into your Addlestone branch I felt as if we, as a family really mattered. We were treated with such care and compassion and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were there whenever we needed them.
To all at Wortts, thank you so much for helping us say goodbye in the beautiful way we did. And to Laura and Amanda you really are very special people, with all my heart, thank you xx
One very minor detail which you may find useful, regarding seating & Order of Service leaflets. The family wished to be seated in the front two rows of the Crematorium, but that was probably interpreted as one behind the other rather than adjacent rows. Hence, the Order of Service leaflets had already been laid out. It may be preferable to hand these out as people come in. I think we found that people were having one each, rather than one per couple which meant those at the back went without.
Please don't think of this as a criticism as we were very pleased with the service received from W.G.Wortt.
