We cannot thank John Bargett & Sons Funeral Directors enough for the outstanding service they provided following the passing of our beloved mother.
From the very beginning, they guided us through everything with compassion, kindness and professionalism, taking the time to explain every step and making sure we felt supported throughout the entire process.
We would especially like to thank Louise, our funeral director, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so kind, caring and understanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She took the time to talk everything through with us, made sure we understood every aspect of the arrangements, and went above and beyond what we ever expected. Her support and compassion meant so much to us as a family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Louise is a real credit to John Bargett & Sons, and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and for our mum.
The entire team went above and beyond our expectations, showing genuine care and attention to detail throughout. Their service was truly exceptional, and we will always be grateful for the way they helped us give our mother the send-off she deserved.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Louise Thompson and the team at the West Road office. Everything was planned and carried out meticulously as per our wishes, with such care and sensitivity. Louise was in regular contact to keep us informed of progress and the whole team ensured we gave Mam the send off she deserved. We can't thank them enough for helping the day run so smoothly and would definitely recommend using this company for your loved one.

I cannot thank Rob Taylor, and the team at John Bardgett & Sons enough for their wonderful support and kindness, helping me arrange my aunt's funeral. From from my first meeting with Rob, he kept me informed every step of the way. He was incredibly caring, professional and handled every detail with the utmost respect and dignity.
Sincere thanks go to the whole team for making a sad day a beautiful smooth farewell and to Adele, the Celebrant, who led the service so well, with compassion and kindness. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing comfort and guidance at such a sad, difficult time.
