How to arrange a funeral

As one of the UK's leading providers, we'll guide you through what needs to happen, taking care of every detail.

  1. Find your local branch

Wherever you live, there's a branch close by and ready to support. Find your local funeral director to get started.

  2. We'll make the arrangements

Your local funeral director will talk things through in person or by phone, whichever feels easier. They'll plan the funeral around your wishes, keeping you updated throughout. We've arranged funerals for families of every faith, background and situation. Whatever you're thinking, you'll be looked after by people who have made it happen before.

  3. The day of the funeral

From transport and pallbearers to someone to lead the service, your funeral director will be there to take care of every detail. We'll look after the person who has died with respect, in our first-class facilities. When the day arrives, we can dress them in their clothes or a simple gown. You can also decide how you would like their hair and makeup prepared.

  4. After the day

Our support doesn't end there. We can guide you through the next steps – from dealing with probate, to funeral plans, and finding bereavement support.
