We were very impressed with the services of Richards Funeral Services. They made the whole process easy to arrange and had excellent communication with us. They thought of everything and were thoughtful, genuinely warm and friendly throughout. We have had experience with other funeral directors in the past and Richards was by far the best we have used. Thank you to all the staff involved and a special thank you to Kirsty who closely worked with us and went above and beyond to ensure the funeral went smoothly.
