Called in on the afternoon and got some paperwork sorted out. The lady on reception was just so lovely and patient in helping me. A great can do attitude and you felt that they cared for you and wanted to help. A really good service and experience. Easy to park car.

This has been the first time I have needed to arrange a funeral. Mum had pre-paid for her funeral many years ago and had made a few bespoke requests. To say I have been pleased with the way S.Wellens sorted everything would be a huge understatement, they have been absolutely fantastic, so helpful and extremely professional. All the staff at Wellens have been lovely, but special thanks to Claire who has liaised with curtesy, respect and compassion.. thank you so very much for all your advice and kind words, I will always be very grateful.
