It’s not often you find yourself arranging a funeral, so having the right support makes all the difference. The team at Unsworths in Tottington were exceptional from start to finish. They gently guided us through each step of the process, clearly explaining the options without ever making things feel overwhelming. Before we knew it, everything was thoughtfully arranged.
They were also very considerate in the way they checked in with us, giving gentle reminders when decisions were needed, such as choosing music, while always respecting our pace and feelings.
On the day itself, everything went exactly as it should have—calm, seamless, and carried out with real dignity and care. Their professionalism and compassion made a difficult time much easier to navigate, and we’re truly grateful for their support.

We were very pleased with the level of service.
The staff were very understanding and helpful, particularly Kit and Emma.
The celebrant, Jill, was very professional and responsive, and her delivery of our eulogy was lovely.
This all made the whole thing pass off in the best way possible.
