Excellent service all round. Mandy was a fantastic help with my mum and us all, as were the whole team. Also Jim Thomas the celebrant was brilliant too. We are all very grateful

We had the worst experience ever with this company. We lost our Dad in the most horrendous way just before Christmas, my Dad lived in Hedge End so we decided to use Hughes and were told that he would be resting there until the funeral. This was not the case, 2 days before the funeral we found out that our Dad was actually in Paynes in Bitterne not in Hedge end and had never been there, disgusting to be lied to like this. 2 weeks after the funeral we then found out that our Dad had in fact been resting at Chandler's Ford, so was never at Hedge end or Bitterne. This is a disgrace, our family have been through so much upset and this has been caused by using this terrible company. Please do not trust anything this company tells you as it will all be lies, we would hate this to happen to another family that are grieving. This has been such an awful time and I just don't understand the reasoning for all the lies,it makes no sense. I would avoid this Funeral Directors if you want to know where your family member is resting.

Appalling
Lied to
Family informed after a tragic death their father was in their safe care in hedge end on the 7th but in fact arrived to be cared for them on the 6th
Family got comfort from the fact Dad was back in his local environment after then finding out they had been lied to and he was in Bitterne
The excuse given by FC Huges was there fridges were broken another lie deceased are never kept in hedge end they don’t have the facilities
Don’t believe a word this company said
At the funeral they even got where the donations are going
