From first phone call to end of the funeral, Katie and the team were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. No question seemed silly. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and was even provided guidance on how to process everything. The care and support shown to me and my family was everything.

My father was treated like one of the family. I had no worries at all with the friendliness & dignity he was shown; I just knew he was well looked after.

Katie, thank you for always being on hand and for helping to arrange the hardest thing I’ve ever had to arrange. Thank you for allowing me to navigate this whole experience with a helping hand. I’ll never forget the compassion and empathy you provided me.
