Nikki showed kindness from the moment we spoke on the phone. Losing our mum was devastating to me & my sister and Nikki was understanding and did her very best to help us in everyway. We thank you so much for the compassion shown to us during such a difficult time. Emma was equally as kind and compassionate on the day of the funeral and her professionalism shone through.
