Very professional and easy to deal with, thanks.

We were looked after by Ginns and Gutteridge Funeral Directors at Littlethorpe for my father’s funeral through his Dignity Funeral Plan. Having moved twice from his original home and chosen Funeral Directors, I knew nothing about this particular company.

We received first class care at every stage. Dad had specified the hymns he wanted, which are not in common use today, but Kayleigh and Beverley at the office took great care in making sure we had the correct versions, which were also played on entry and exit at the crematorium for the committal. Every other detail was also checked with great care.

The team who looked after us on the day were also lovely. The day before, we had a visit to make sure they could find us (we live on a farm), and check the access. On the day itself, they were very kind and reassuring, and we felt well supported.

We also received follow up to make sure that we knew how to collect Dad’s ashes which will be interred with my late mother in due course.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ginns and Gutteridge as a Funeral Service that offers full support at a difficult time.
