From the first call to collecting my late husbands ashes the staff at Ginns & Gutteridge were sympathetic and supportive. At a time when my whole world came crashing down and l was completely out of my depth, l was guided through the arrangements so gently and with such genuine care for not only myself and family but for my late husband, he was always referred to by his christian name. It was comforting to know he was being cared for with such dignity. The day of the funeral
was such a difficult day for us but, Ginns & Gutteridge staff ensured it was dignified and respectful, talking us through each stage and always checking on our welfare.
Our heartfelt thanks to Leisa, Scott, Debbie and all the staff we did not meet to personally thank. Also the Celebrant Suzanne was excellent.

I would like to thank Ginns & Gutteridge in Loughborough for the excellent service they provided for my mum's funeral. Leisa and Debbie were very supportive and caring, and guided me through the process with kindness and consideration. Also on the day, Suzanne the celebrant and Scott provided support and ensured that everything ran smoothly.
