My family and I could not recommend Ashtons enough. We were so impressed by the care and concern taken by the Wimbledon branch. A special mention to Bradley, Jessica and Mark who all helped us thoroughly plan my mums funeral with everything running peacefully and smoothly. With this being our very first experience planning a funeral, we were guided through the process with care and compassion, taking away all stress. Staff were willing to take the time to listen to our questions throughout. We were exceptionally impressed with the professionalism on the day of the funeral by Mark and his team. Communication throughout the process was great via phone and email with quick responses. Thank you to the staff at Ashtons for making my mums funeral run better than we could have hoped for.

My resident was picked up from Camberwell Lodge Care Home in the least dignified way! The undertakers were too quick, pushed the body and not carried them - despite there being two undertakers! Then put them on the side walk in a residential area with a school around! I called them straight away and they said they would call me back - they had not!
We usually recommend Albins and Udens - use them for dignified care for your loved one!
