Really couldnt ask for better interaction. From the first meeting the lady was excellent ,showing sympathy and understanding.Further conversations with other members of the team was of the same caring standard .This made a great difference to our coping with the situation. The funeral went well! We want to say a big thank you . Would recommend to family and friends.

We were very happy with the service provided to us. Denise was very empathetic, professional and helped us through the process with great kindness.
She was always available whenever we had any questions or changes we wanted to make.
We would also like to say the celebrant they appointed (Susan) was very good too.

All staff Samantha Smith and I’m so so sorry I cannot remember the lady’s name but tall dark hair with tattoos and Ben helped me through the most difficult time of my life. They were totally understanding and let me have all the time with both my precious daddy and mummy while with you. These shows of kindness support and patience make the memories more bearable as they stay with you for life so I really appreciate they understanding.
