We cannot thank Catherine and Caroline from F. J. Gibb enough for everything they did for our family following the loss of our mum.
Losing Mum was one of the hardest things we have ever had to go through, and having Catherine and Caroline, there to guide and support us made such a difficult time a little easier. They treated us with such kindness, compassion and understanding, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
From the very first arrangements through to the funeral itself, everything was handled with the utmost care, dignity and respect. We always felt that Mum was being looked after and that meant more to us than we can put into words.
They helped us give Mum the beautiful and dignified farewell she deserved, and we will always be grateful for that.
Thank you, Catherine and Caroline, for your kindness, patience and support at a time when we were at our most vulnerable. You made a very painful experience that little bit easier for us, and we will never forget it.

Sadly, my lovely dad, who reached the amazing age of 95, passed away very recently and as we had a previous excellent experience with Gibbs we asked them to deal with my dad's funeral.
Catherine and Caroline could not have been kinder, or more supportive and helpful. My dad was wonderful and loved very much and the staff at Gibbs helped us to navigate the system that surrounds a death with respect and consideration.
The staff at the funeral were kind, considerate and helped to make my dad's final send off everything we wanted it to be for him.
My sisters and I are grateful and really can't thank Catherine and Caroline enough.

I can't speak highly enough of the service provided for my husband Ton'y funeral. Both Catherine and Caroline were particularly helpful to me when I was having problems with the donation page, due to my ignorance I should add.The celebrant,Petra, was excellent.
I woul happily recommend F.J. Gibb to anyone to care for their loved ones on their last journey. Thank you to all concerned.
