The whole team were extremely professional, respectful, sympathetic, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them. They were incredibly patient and accommodating with all of our unusual requests, never showing any judgement, and it was clear that they truly did everything they could to honour our wishes.
Meena was exceptionally patient and supportive, and Brian and Ricky also went out of their way to help and ensure everything was handled with care and dignity. Their kindness and professionalism made a very difficult time much easier for our family, and we are deeply grateful to them all.
