The staff, and service provided was top class, and everything came together brilliantly. Friendly, and professional from start to finish, and I would recommend Gordon and Barber most highly.

Cannot fault the service we received from Aletia and the team in Dereham. We were all treated with care and compassion throughout the whole process. Aletia went out of her way to assist my father and kept the whole family up-dated with progress on various aspects of the funeral planning.

On the day of the funeral everything ran smoothly with an air of peace and calm throughout. Martin and Michael were so kind, showing such respect to both the deceased and the family. Michael made sure we felt no pressure to be moving along after the service (unlike my experience at some funerals) and dealt with flower delivery to the wake.

I would highly recommend this funeral directors for their kindness, respect and efficiency.

Aletia was particularly kind empathetic and supportive, gently guiding us through the whole process of planning the funeral, she organised everything nothing was too much trouble. She stayed in touch and the whole team on the day was faultless it went better than we had hoped, so grateful for their help.
