From the very beginning, everything was handled with care and professionalism.

The limousine arrived right on time and the whole funeral was very well organised. Natalie, our funeral director, looked amazing in her suit and top hat and was so respectful throughout the entire funeral.

Before the funeral, Natalie was always on hand to answer any questions I had and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She also took such good care of Mum and kept me informed of where she was at all times, which meant a great deal to me and gave me so much reassurance.

On the day itself, Natalie was a true professional and handled both my sister and me with such kindness, compassion and understanding at what was a very difficult time.

Father Angel gave a lovely service, which we were very grateful for.

I would especially like to thank Natalie for everything she did for us. Her professionalism, respect and compassion really stood out, and she helped make a very emotional day feel calm, dignified and beautifully organised.

Thank you to everyone at Eatons of Skipton for taking such good care of us and of Mum.
