The company honoured a pre-paid funeral plan in a very efficient, kind and compassionate manner. They were very reassuring and provided lots of helpful information which made the process much less distressing. All the people we encountered were professional and pleasant. Our wishes as well as those of the deceased were considered at all times and helpful ideas were given about flowers being made in a way that allowed them to be used afterwards. I am very happy to recommend RH Sanders in Richmond, Surrey.

Elaine and Niall and the rest of the T H Sander team were brilliant. Elaine especially went above and beyond to help us get a speedy cremation booked in before some of the family had to fly back to America. Without her, we would not have known who to chase about what in the process of getting the death certificate and registered.
The cremation itself was beautiful and Niall and the team gave our great uncle a lovely send off that he would have approved of.
Thank you all

Both Elaine and Mauricio from T H Sanders & Sons, and Ashton Maxwell, provided every assistance to make my son's funeral at Mortlake Crematorium a truly special occasion. From finding the appropriate celebrant, Becky Lee, to suitably managing the 300 guests attending, the service went exceptionally well. Everyone attending stated at the wake that the service had been the such a lovely ceremony.
I would certainly recommend T H Saunders and Ashton Maxwell.
