If it were possible to give 10 stars, I certainly would. From the very beginning to the day of the funeral everything was dealt with in an excellent, caring, compassionate manner. The attention to detail is impeccable and Jerry kept in touch with us every step of the way listening to what we would like and helping with advice. Mandy was an absolute tower of strength when we visited the chapel. John and Alice took wonderful care of Mum and we would also like to express our gratitude to them. Jerry and Mandy at Gosforth are two of the loveliest most caring people you could ever wish to meet and you can tell they are so genuine they are exactly the type of people you want caring for your loved one. If perfect is the right word for a funeral then that is certainly the experience we have had all the way through and would thoroughly recommend them to everyone. They made an extremely difficult time for our family much more bearable and we can’t thank them enough.,

We used WS Harrison, Gosforth for my father's funeral. From start to finish they provided excellent support and service. All aspects of provision for the actual funeral itself were of the highest quality, however where they excelled the most was in the quality of support and advice offered by Mandy and Jerry in the days leading up to the funeral. Their friendly welcome and regular contact to check that everything was on track were very reassuring during such a difficult time; nothing was ever too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided.
