My father in law had a prepaid funeral plan with Dignity, initially this part of the process was clunky, but once W.S Harrison specifically Joe became involved it was seamless. Joe Lannin was a breath of fresh air, incredibly respectful and compassionate. He kept us updated and was able to read from us that we weren’t in need of daily updates but just when one was needed. Joe explained what the process of a direct cremation would be and was also there to meet with me when my father in laws ashes were ready to be brought home.
A direct cremation being handled by them put all of our preconceived ideas to rest, W.S Harrison offered so much support and showed a great deal of care for our loved one. I will forever be grateful and sing their praises.

Losing my dad so suddenly has been one of hardest things in my life. Jerry and Maria handled his funeral for us and I can honestly say they could not have been more caring, professional or diligent, they made the whole process as easy as possible and I genuinely felt they held my hand throughout. Colin Read lead the service and was amazing and totally understood our wishes. We would totally recommend Harrison’s and I will always be grateful for the care we received.
