Rated 5/5

I was recommended to the Rathbone funeral directors by a friend. Her father passed away some time ago, she said how good they were and when my husband passed I went there. The staff there were wonderful and while we mostly dealt with Katie the other staff were sympathetic and extremely helpful in guiding us through our journey. They went above and beyond with us making it easier over the coming weeks.

The service we received from the team of Dignity was absolutely wonderful, they made our journey bearable. My husband was given the utmost care and respect. The empathy and kindness shown by Katie and Leanne have absolutely made our journey in sending off my husband to his final resting place less painful. Their attention to detail was excellent. A big thank you from myself and the whole family.
