My mother's funeral took place in the last two weeks and we were navigated through the planning process by Alison who was extremely professional, patient and well informed on the different elements we needed to consider.

At a time when emotions are running high and there's so much to do, she was there to keep us on track.

The booklet produced for the mass was well received and very professionally produced.

The team that dealt with the funeral on the day were fine and professionally led by Junior who had phoned the day before to finalise arrangements.

My only quibble was, by the time they arrived at the church with the hearse there really wasn't much time to give out the accompanying booklets and as I'd predicted, a number of people didn't get one at all, but by the end of the requiem mass we luckily found spare copies to distribute.

The collection boxes, specially produced were great for our charity collection at the end of mass.

The sturdy box holding spare copies of the booklet, we can use to store sympathy cards.

Also loved the photo that we'd used on the front of the booklet, enlarged & displayed on the altar, a lovely touch.

Our mother's funeral turned into a very special event, we were extremely pleased with how it all went. All the planning fell into place.

It was literally a perfect end to a very long life.

Was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, I would like to thank Alison for all she did and making it so simple, calm and how my father wanted to be remembered.
