The staff at Gibbs (Vicky was our first contact) were really friendly and professional from our first meeting. The care we received when we went to view Dad in the chapel was second to none. Up to the funeral day and after we have received phone calls asking how we are and being invited to pop in for a coffee or to talk if ever we need to, excellent service.

I can't rate Gibb's highly enough. Everything I wanted for my Dad's funeral was done and it turned out perfectly. Nothing was to much trouble.

Thank you Vicki for making a very difficult time just that much less traumatic.
