My sister and I couldn’t fault their service, from start to finish we felt supported and guided to the best they could provide. When choosing the flowers we were asked to look at different options that wouldn’t of cost too much money, but given ideas of using ribbon to have names to suit all members of our family as our mum was not just a mum. Given the situation the world is in right now, never once did that affect any of the help we were given, due to the safe distance the compassion and empathy was still there. A big thank you to Jackie who felt with us.

We could not ask for a more professional service. As my brother and myself have never arranged a funeral before, we really did not know how much was involved in it. But we did not have to worry about anything, the funeral director was with us every step of the way, always putting our minds at rest. Nothing was ever to much trouble and he was always in contact with us to see if we needed anything or if we had any questions to ask. My brother and myself both agreed under the circumstances we chose well. We had many people say what a lovely service it was and that our dad would be proud of it. Can not thank the funeral directors enough.

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from Jacky and the team, this was the first funeral I’ve ever had to arrange and they took so much pressure off me. The other difficulty I faced was not living locally and that much of the family had to travel as well, this was taken into consideration when arranging the timing of the funeral. I was impressed with the flowers and the attention to detail and wish to say a huge thank you to all of the team.

although I am a casual employee of Dignity I was able to see the professional manner in which the branch handled my fathers funeral, NOTHING was too much trouble, and on the day of the funeral I was able to drive the hearse and I asked beforehand if that was possible and I also wanted to drive my father into St.Austell and past where he started his farming life, I was told of course it is alright. We then drove to our local crematorium where other members of staff were waiting and carried my father into the chapel. From start to finish the funeral and preparation before was of the highest standard.
