Rated 5 / 5

Eliza Wells has been very supportive throughout this process. The team at Crowborough are courteous and professional. Nothing but praise for the whole team

Derek Fernandes, 16 October 2026

Rated 5 / 5

From our first meeting with Len and Eliza we were impressed with the professionalism and the care and understanding given at such a difficult time. Eliza responded to all of our questions and requests promptly and Len was a very calming influence at our meeting and on the phone. On the day of the service Michael could not do enough for us and was fantastic. The whole team at Paul Bysouth were just perfect and we would not hesitate in recommending them and using them again in future.

Tracey Leadley, 28 May 2026

Rated 5 / 5

Support and care from Paul Bysouth themselves was exemplary. However we had difficulty getting hold of them out of hours and the crematorium made some thoughtless errors.
