I cannot rate W Howard highly enough! Debbie, who dealt with the arrangements for my father’s funeral, was wonderful. Her caring attitude helped me deal with a very difficult task and she showed extreme kindness, patience and understanding, resulting in the perfect send off for my dear Dad. Every detail was taken care of and all the staff were amazing, from Amy, who showed extreme care and patience in sorting out a great Order of Service, to Helen who gently & sympathetically guided us through viewing my dad, even to the hearse driver & coffin bearers, who were kind, respectful and patient. It was a vastly different experience to another local funeral parlour used when my mother passed away! I recommend W Howard highly & they will be my choice every time.

Very professional and empathetic, didn't rush us into making decisions, helped us through everything with our mother's funeral. There was always someone at the end of the phone if we had any queries. Would recommend.

Deborah , Deb, was a wonderful caring person so she made us feel at ease , and gave us a lot of help and information at a very sad time. Deb managed to break it down into each section of the day. Music, photography and a whole life in words, prayers and poetry. Helped us with the casket and flower choice and the various prices and value of each . Lovely lady and I would recommend Dignity to everyone as they are a caring funeral directorship. Thankyou very much for your help and all the support.
