Reviews of our services
They took care of everything with the upmost sensitivity and concerns and ensured my daughter, son and I were well informed and involved in the all process. Can not thank them enough for all the care they gave us.
With yours and Father Nick's help, we gave Dad the very best final goodbye that we could only have dreamed off and for that we are eternally grateful.
On behalf of the entire family i would like to say another enormous thank you.
Very best wishes,
The death of a loved one is very stressful but we all felt that all the staff at Selim Smith were there from start to finish to make the our lives a lot easier.
Many thanks to all.
The whole process was dealt with in a highly professional and totally dignified and respectful way and we are very happy with all aspects of the service that we received.Thankyou
There is nothing I can suggest they could improve on.
Very professional, lots of genuine empathy and attention to detail second to none.
A professional, compasoniate, supportive and caring funeral dirrectors, especially Elaine, who went above and beyond her duty to ensure everything was perfect and showed such compassion and support to us ( the family )
From my very first call I was afforded kindness, compassion, understanding and time. I was always "listened to" and never felt pressured or hurried. Right through from the first arrangements to the end of the Funeral Service I felt part of the Selim Smith family. Nothing was too much trouble however small so that everyone who attended, and many both far and wide in this country and overseas felt totally included. The Client Care follow-up was very much appreciated.
Thank you everyone, especially John, at Selim Smith in Cheltenham.
Elaine Penman was very easy to deal with and supportive. My thanks to her.
