Reviews of our services
Regarding arrangements I dealt with the Chatham branch and the member of staff guided myself through what the procedure would be and discussed my options.
She knew all about Sikh traditions and the service itself which I was very impressed with and was a relief as then I did not have to explain everything.
She made me feel at ease and helped with every step and process so I did not feel any pressure or stress at this difficult time.
My father did not leave me with any instructions of how he would of liked things but he looked very smart and respectful.
We were looked after by your team on the day of the funeral (1st May) and they were very supportive and highly professional.
Thank you for everything and your support

A little while after the funeral had taken place, we were contacted by the funeral directors just to check that all had gone to plan.
