18 months ago we were so pleased with the service and peace of mind they afforded us, I had to pop in recently and ask for help in separating some ashes from the urn, Jo was amazing, she arranged a time with us and helped us with the ashes. Even more astonishing, she didn’t charge, she said it was just part of their service. Thanks Jo.
