  • If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.

The service I received was excellent from star to finish. Adriana was really helpful and arranged everything exactly as I asked.

The funeral director on the day was Pam. She was lovely and accommodated our needs, allowing us time have a cup of team with friends of my aunt before the family went to the crematorium for the committal. I can’t recommend Sydney Hurry enough. Excellent service throughout,

I cannot give enough thanks to Adriana and her team. Adriana did a fantastic job of making this difficult period of losing my father so much easier for us all. She was very transparent and clear with the pricing. Went the extra mile to help us get the government grant. Was always available to answer any questions whether they be by email, phone or a visit to the branch. As I had never arranged a funeral before I didn’t know what to expect or how to go about things. Adriana walked us through the process and made sure we was comfortable and happy with what was going on always keeping us up to date. Peter McNulty, the celebrant, did an amazing job in summarising my dads life, going into great detail using the information we had provided. The pull bearing team where very respectful to my dad, bowing when they left him. Giving guidance to the 6 pull bearers we had and ensuring they was all comfortable in doing a job they had never done before. Arty, was amazing. Making sure everything was done just how I wanted it. Overall I would give 100 stars if I could. I will be recommending Sydney Hurry to anyone and everyone. Again, thank you all for making that day as best as it could. Mum had a pre-paid funeral plan with Age Concern which made everything easier (although there were additional costs). Extremely helpful staff, sympathetic and efficient. We particularly appreciated the 24hr service as mum passed away on Good Friday. We needed to get things sorted out quickly as family were travelling from abroad. Highly recommend.
