Reviews of our services
The staff at Dyson Richards, particularly Leanne, clearly understand the importance of listening to the wishes of the family and, wherever possible, enabling those wishes to be implemented. Due to the restrictions at this time the offices were not open so there could be no face-to-face meetings. This meant that all arrangements were made via telephone and email, with quick responses at every stage. Although we were never able to meet face to face, it didn't matter as it seemed that Leanne really understood exactly what we wanted and dealt with all matters efficiently and with care. She made us feel that she knew us and our Mom.
Thanks to Dyson Richards we were able to say goodbye to Mom in a fitting way, the funeral directed wonderfully by Karen. The celebrant, Anthony, was just the right person to lead the service, the live stream of the service provided an opportunity for those unable to attend to feel that they were part of it, and the fact that we got the Order of Service in advance meant that we were able to distribute these to family members before the day so that they could follow at the same time.
An all-round excellent service from a professional and caring company that we would recommend to anyone.
Mr P Hallam-Harrison.
leanne was great with the arrangments, and with the service itself the young lady that ran it was amazing she deserves a medal she was such a great girl and very proffesional
The service and all the arrangements were handled beautifully.
The attendants were very polite and respectful.
Thank you to all
My only complaint is with the gentleman craig bird who did the service. He was not our first choice but unfortunately dyson Richards could not provide a humanist as requested. We wrote a eulogy with Craig which was later adjusted to add some more personal touches and emailed to him the week before the funeral. He confirmed receipt of the new eulogy but read out the original version which was missing some touching stories we had wanted to be included. This was very disappointing.
