Reviews of our services
We are most grateful & would recommend them.Thank you again.
I would recommend this funeral directors service to anybody. They took the stress out of making arranging the arrangements and provided excellent guidance and support
Nina, met us when we attended the Chapel of rest, it was an extremely emotional day, and she was so accommodating to ensure we spent special time with dad.
Wow, on the day of the funeral everything came together and couldn't have been more perfect. The guys were amazing and certainly would have made dad proud. We were completely blown away how they walked with dad to bring him home.
We used Dyson Richards for my grandparents and from the service they provided 30 years ago decided to use them again for dad. We can't thank Dyson Richards enough for an amazing funeral plan. Heart felt thank you from all the family.
The staff at Dyson Richards, particularly Leanne, clearly understand the importance of listening to the wishes of the family and, wherever possible, enabling those wishes to be implemented. Due to the restrictions at this time the offices were not open so there could be no face-to-face meetings. This meant that all arrangements were made via telephone and email, with quick responses at every stage. Although we were never able to meet face to face, it didn't matter as it seemed that Leanne really understood exactly what we wanted and dealt with all matters efficiently and with care. She made us feel that she knew us and our Mom.
Thanks to Dyson Richards we were able to say goodbye to Mom in a fitting way, the funeral directed wonderfully by Karen. The celebrant, Anthony, was just the right person to lead the service, the live stream of the service provided an opportunity for those unable to attend to feel that they were part of it, and the fact that we got the Order of Service in advance meant that we were able to distribute these to family members before the day so that they could follow at the same time.
An all-round excellent service from a professional and caring company that we would recommend to anyone.
Mr P Hallam-Harrison.
