A few words to say thank you, for the totally professional service you provided following my fathers passing. From the very first contact with your company Both my mom and I were provided with a total compassionate and empathetic service. Nothing was any trouble and helpful guidance was provided throughout, without any feeling of being rushed or pressured. Throughout all our contacts the feeling of comfort was forthcoming with a knowledge that things were being dealt with by a professional person who had our well being at heart.
As my mother is housebound EMMA made a special home visit, she fully explained everything, with clarity and simplicity, and helped mom make decisions on how the service would be handled, again with full empathy and understanding.
On the day of the service GARY and his team were immaculate and so precise in how things progressed, again this provided a very much welcomed feeling of support when it was needed.
So overall a very BIG THANK YOU for your company providing a really exceptional level of service on what for us was quite an emotive day.
And special thank you to Emma and Gary for their complete professionalism, it made the day special and has ensured Dads passing will be remembered in a positive way.
Also please can you ensure that Jonathan Richards ( celebrant ) also receives a THANK YOU, he also took the time to visit Mom and really captured the spirit of dad in his talk again a professional service that will not be forgotten.
Kind regards

Having used Roberts and Brain for two previous generations of our family, we were delighted to discover the business was still active. The member of our family who had arranged these two funerals was sadly the individual who had passed, and therefore we were very new to the process. From the initial warm welcome into the funeral home itself, to the actual funeral on the day, we could not be more pleased with the exceptional service we received. The girl we sat and had the initial conversation with was respectful, very helpful, sensitive and guided us through the process in a non pushy manner. Having selected and confirmed the choices for the service itself, the team was with us every step of the way, supported us throughout, kept in touch regularly and nothing was too much trouble. On the day itself, we could not have wished for a more perfect sendoff. All our wishes had been put into place and we were especially moved by the respect, courtesy and dignity shown both to the deceased and the family by every member of the team right through from the driver to the minister. This all added to the service being an uplifting and fitting tribute rather than a sombre occasion. We would like to thank Gary, Olivia, Emma and everyone involved wholeheartedly and cannot praise and recommend them enough.
