Reviews of our services
The funeral happened just as it was planned.
Nothing was too much trouble for Laura and Jim. They showed so much respect, immense patience and professionalism while guiding me through the steps at such a distressing time.
A very traditional and touching part of the service was Jim walking in front of the hearse for some distance.
Thanks also goes to all members of staff who showed great respect from the funeral parlour, throughout the service to leaving the crematorium.
All staff were there to assist, offer support and advise on issues not encountered before, and taken out of our hands which is exactly what was required at the time.
A relative mentioned that they had attended another funeral just after my father’s and the difference in professional standards was very apparent. A testament to every member of staff at William Scott.
